Advertising
Display advertising in one regional edition, designed for you, tracked for you, and changed as often as you like. Rates are in the media kit for your market.

Every unit runs in both mailings of an issue and can change every issue. Premium positions are limited and sell first.
Full page
The standard unit. One page, yours, in both mailings.
Half page
Half a page, the entry point for most new advertisers.
Two-page spread
Both facing pages: the double truck, for the largest presence in the book.
Front cover
The cover feature, sold with a full-page ad inside. One per issue.
Back cover and guaranteed-placement upgrades are also available. Ask your rep what is open for the next issue.
Free
Professional ad design
Our art department designs your ad and updates it every issue. No agency fees, and you can change the offer as often as you like.
Optional
A tracked phone number, free
Not required, but the easiest way to prove your return on ad spend. Take it and every call is recorded and logged, so you can hear exactly which jobs the magazine produced.
Included
Your online portfolio
A profile on the market's Home Pros directory, where homeowners request quotes that go straight to you.
1,000+
Copies to the trade
Each issue also mails to the leading home-improvement pros in the market, so the people who refer work see your name too.
Do you work directly with homeowners? Then you are almost certainly a fit. Any licensed contractor serving residential customers belongs in the book; here is who runs well in it.

Typically not a great fit
Commercial-only contractors, and businesses outside home improvement. The book stays home improvement only, so a homeowner reading it is thinking about their house and nothing else.
An issue is one print run and two mail drops, thirty days apart. Your ad runs in both, and you can change it between issues.
Two drops per issue
Each issue is printed once and mailed in two drops: half the copies go out, the other half are held thirty days and go out to the other half of the homes. One issue reaches 60,000 unique homes, and you are billed per drop.
Art deadline
Artwork is due about ten days before the in-mail date, earlier around holidays. Our art department contacts you before every issue for changes and sends a proof. If we do not hear back by the deadline, the final notice tells you the ad will print as it stands.
Changing your ad
You can change your ad every issue at no charge. Offers, coupons and specials draw three to ten times the calls of ads without one, so most advertisers rotate them.
Payment
We accept check, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. Accounts are auto-debited the Monday the issue mails; there is no pay-later option. Your rep provides the payment form when you sign.
Cancelling
Cancellations must be made seven days before the artwork deadline and are subject to the terms of your contract.
Tell us which market you serve and the rep for that edition will send the current media kit and call to talk through rates, deadlines and what is included.
